How do I choose the right size planter for my plant?
We recommend selecting a planter that is 1 to 2 inches larger in diameter than your plant's current nursery pot. This allows enough room for root growth while preventing soil saturation.
Do your planters come with drainage holes?
Most of our indoor planters feature pre-drilled drainage holes. For those that do not, we specify this in the product description and recommend using a plastic liner or adding a layer of pebbles at the bottom.
What is your shipping policy for fragile ceramic items?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging specifically designed to protect ceramics. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Can your planters be used outdoors?
Our collection includes both indoor and outdoor-specific items. Materials like terracotta and fiberglass are weather-resistant, but we recommend bringing delicate glazed ceramics inside during freezing temperatures.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
